Nabcel Gas is a part of the Nabcel Group we work for a Local Authority based in the Midlands carrying out their electrical repairs, gas servicing, repair and installation contracts. We are committed to ensuring our services are delivered to the highest possible standard and we put the customer at the forefront of everything we do.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Gas, M&E Manager to lead and manage the Gas Service and electrical team for Nabcel Gas ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered in line with Gas Safety Regulations, good practice and the gas contract. The role will involve managing a team of gas engineers, supervisors and administration staff, developing close working relationships with the client. You will manage legal obligations applicable to gas & electrical safety, ensuring mandatory requirements are fully complied.

Ideally you will have experience of managing gas and electrical teams and a track record of ensuring compliance at 100%, managing contractor KPI's and keeping gas data up-to-date You will need experience of managing gas and electrical contracts and have a detailed understanding of best practice in the delivery of annual gas safety records and the ability to manage a project on their own Relevant Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) 'Gas' Certificates of Competence for domestic, industrial and commercial gas installations If this sounds of interest then please do submit an application form together with your CV to hr.services@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk.
