The Recruitment Team is looking for a confident individual to join them to support a number of customers with administrative focused tasks. Therefore, the ability to multitask, while working to tight deadlines, strong communication skills, adaptability and the ability to prioritise are essential. You will provide a high-quality support service to services, teams and individuals within the City Council in line with service level agreements.

You will be responsible for providing a full administration service, in line with legal requirements and company policies. You will undertake checks to establish eligibility to work, completion of offer letters and fully utilise our on-line recruitment system (Talentlink) for every aspect of the process.

You will need to be a strong administrator with experience of dealing with a variety of customers, offering full customer support. Queries you will receive will focus around recruitment and onboarding related issues. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential as we deal with customers from different parts of our organisation.
