We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Admin team as an

Administrator – Human Resources and Operations. This is an exciting role and requires someone with a high level of organisational, IT and administrative skills. This role is primarily HR but the successful candidate will be required to support the central administration team with Reception, Exams and Student welfare as well as other general administrative duties from time to time.

To carry out this role effectively, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience in a HR administrative/transactional role and are able to use different computer systems such as MIS and HR systems. It is vital that you are able to provide confidential and accurate administrative support in this role. You will have experience of effectively working under pressure and to tight deadlines and will also be able to demonstrate that you are able to liaise and work effectively with a range of professionals. Although it is not essential, you will have experience within a school environment but full training will be given.

Purpose of Role:

• To work with and support the Senior Operations Manager in ensuring the quality of the Academy’s HR and administrative tasks and service are to an exceptionally high standard

• To provide high quality administrative support to the Senior Operations Manager and the Academy as part of the wider administration team

• To work flexibly on a variety of HR tasks according to the academy’s needs and undertake other tasks or duties as required

• To be a member of the administration team and contribute to the development of whole academy administration and to assist with its delivery.
