Contributing your extensive legal knowledge to the team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in some particularly high profile and interesting projects. In this role you will advise the Council and its clients predominantly on land and property matters. Resolving issues and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders such as tenants and developers, you will also work across areas ranging from regeneration and development to highways, instructing Counsel as appropriate.

As a Solicitor or Qualified Legal Executive with a current practising certificate, you will have extensive commercial property knowledge. With great negotiation capabilities, you will ideally have an understanding of the issues affecting local government, plus a good knowledge of contract and procurement law
