Green Hill Lodge supports eight children and young people, four who have severe learning needs, challenging behaviours and who are on the Autism Spectrum and four who have Social emotional and Mental health needs.
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our supportive team who really do make a difference to the lives of young people in Worcestershire.
Worcestershire Children First recognises the importance of supporting, training and developing the staff who deliver services for children and young people.
Worcestershire Children First Residential Service provides specialist residential placements for children and young people across Worcestershire. Our standards are high and this is reflected by all of our homes being rated as good by Ofsted.
Have you got experience in working with children or young people, with a passion and motivation for doing to great job? If so, we would love you to join us as one of residential support workers.
As a residential support worker you will be ambitious for young people, in helping them to achieve their goals and optimise their potential. You will work directly with children and young people, building effective relationship with them and their families, Worcestershire.
Salary up to £23,369 with a potential to earn extra through sleeping in payments.
