Education Impact Academy Trust is a newly created MAT incorporating Wilson Stuart School who will be sponsoring 2 other special schools through the academisation process. Wilson Stuart School has been designated as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, 6 times, providing high quality education for 229 pupils between the ages of 2 – 25 years. We recognise the importance of teamwork and this is evident through all aspects of the work we do. Our students are

delightful, work hard and are keen to learn and the school is a very happy and positive working environment. We have a comprehensive induction programme, friendly and very supportive staff along with excellent facilities and a superb environment to support teaching and learning. Wilson Stuart School is not just a special school – it is an exceptional

school!

The post includes classroom support, mentoring, pastoral care and assisting with the physical care of pupils as and when required. You should have excellent communication and written skills with high expectations of learning and behaviour and a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
