Are you looking for a new challenge in an innovative and supportive 11-18 Catholic school with leadership opportunities?  Now part of the newly expanded Painsley Catholic Academy, the largest multi-academy in the Archdiocese of Birmingham, Blessed William Howard is looking to recruit dynamic, forward-thinking and inspirational staff to join its journey to success.  With a strong Catholic ethos that puts ‘love’ at the heart of its community, the school provides a haven where all can flourish.  Situated just outside the town centre and easily accessed by train, bus or the M6, Blessed William Howard is proud of its strong community links and its beautiful grounds.

About the role:

We are seeking a qualified Maths tutor who can teach KS4 Mathematics to small groups or 1:1.   The mathematics department is seeing year on year improvements in outcomes and as part of the Painsley Catholic Academy engages with other schools in making these improvements. We have the advantage of being able to work alongside a Maths Hub Teaching School, giving an invaluable experience in sharing best practice amongst schools and outstanding providers.   Mathematics and further Maths are popular options at A-level.  An opportunity to teach A level will be available for a suitably qualified candidate.
