Required to start January 2020
The Head teacher and Governors wish to appoint an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our dedicated team at Moat Farm Infant School to lead Mathematics across all key stages. Suitable candidates will be willing to contribute to a happy, friendly and vibrant school and be determined to further raise standards through quality teaching.
The successful applicant will:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in either EYFS or Key Stage 1
- Be passionate about Maths teaching and learning, have high expectations and have a thorough understanding of the Maths curriculum across EYFS and Key Stage 1.
- Be an energetic and innovative classroom practitioner and be able to model best practice
- Be open to high quality development opportunities the school has to offer and be committed to their own professional development
- Be able to bring new qualities and strengths to our school to improve teaching and learning
- Be committed to working with parents, governors and the local community
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to work as part of a team, with an optimistic outlook
- Puts children first and supports our caring ethos
