The Role

30.0 Hours per Week

We are looking to recruit a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our Year 1 team as soon as possible to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with SEN needs (ASD + personal care). The role is part time (30hrs per week plus 1/2 unpaid lunch break).

We are looking for a professional who has a strong desire to make a significant impact on the lives of all children and who can maintain and further develop the school’s good standing and positive ethos.

This is a fixed term contract to support a SEND child (ASD) and so will be for as long as the child is with us.

Key Requirements

We require a suitably qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 child with SEN needs in our school. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of supporting with SEND and is PEX trained as well as being able to take care of his personal needs.
