Learning Mentor; Families and Children

The Role

This role is to cover maternity from 6 January 2020. It is expected that the role will be available for 12months.

As a learning mentor you will be expected to:
* support learning with children in school and through working with their families and other external agencies
* develop and maintain effective and positive 1:1 relationships again both the children and their families
* lead on early helps

Fixed Term Contract End Date: 12 months

Key Requirements

As the role is a maternity cover position ideally we are looking for someone with experience in this field. However, we are also mindful that it might attract applicants who are looking to branch into this type of work but with their experience being from other areas and as such we are happy to receive applications from both.

Hours for the post are 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday including 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
