The Council has adopted a new 4 year Council Programme to “Protect, Care and Invest to Create a Better Borough”.  Partnership working is at the heart of how we are working to deliver this Programme.

The Partnership Manager is responsible for leading a team to drive forward our key partnerships that include the Safeguarding Partnership, Community Safety Partnership, Health & Well-Being Board and Armed Forces Covenant.

For this exciting role you will have a track record of driving effective partnership working that fulfills relevant statutory responsibilities.  You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills that will enable you to build effective working relationships with partners to both support and challenge the delivery of shared priorities. These skills will be underpinned by great planning and performance management practice.
