Part time Leisure Attendant (Lifeguard) – Ref: EE47219
Salary G4 £18,981 - £20,956 per annum (pro rata)

1 x position to be based at Darlaston Swimming Pool
1 x position to be based at Oak Park Active Living Centre

Hours per week are 19.5 (working rotating shifts including days, evenings and weekends).

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed leisure professional to join our team to help us achieve our goal of ‘More People, More Active, More Often’.

You will be responsible for the presentation and delivery of all services within one of our successful leisure centres.

The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of an excellent quality service to all our customers that use our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, staff and other users and there is an expectation that you will perform lifeguarding duties as required. 

You must have experience in a front-line customer service environment and hold an STA, RLSS/NARS Pool Lifeguarding qualification (or equivalent).

This post is covered by the Government’s Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers.
