The Role
37.0 Hours per Week
Full-Time, Permanent Contract
37 Hours per Week, Term-Time only + 2 Weeks (40 weeks total)
Salary Band G, Points 11-14 (starting on Point 11 - £18,962 actual term-time salary)

We are seeking to appoint a professional and efficient Attendance Improvement & Admissions Officer; someone with the ability to provide a confidential and proactive support service to the school. You will have a desire to promote excellent student attendance, reduce absence levels, and to drive attendance monitoring in school, working closely with the Deputy Headteacher.

- Excellent people skills are essential as the role can be challenging.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to analyse data to produce reports.
- You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly.
- You will understand the need for confidentiality.
