I'm supported by my Assistant Directors; Maria White, Emma Brittain and Adam Johnston and we are looking to recruit dedicated and creative social workers to fill our remaining Social Worker positions.

If you are a passionate and innovative social worker looking to make a difference, develop your career and improve the lives of children and young people, then Worcestershire Children First should be your next destination!

Staff are positive about changes that have been implemented, including that a strengths-based model of social work intervention is in place and embedded.”

Senior leaders are ambitious and the trajectory for further improvement is established”

It’s a great time to join our service and help us make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people we work with.
