We are looking for a Performance Analyst to support the current Police and Crime Commissioner to deliver the outcomes in the Police and Crime Plan, and; following the election next May, the new Police and Crime Commissioner to develop their Plan. You will need to have strong analytical skills, advise on policy and statistical information, be able to quickly digest complex information to make recommendations, and conduct or commission research to meet identified need. Working with both internal and external audiences you will need to have strong communication and relationship building skills as well as be able to express complex ideas clearly for non-specialists.
The Commissioner has a stated aim for his office and the Force to represent the communities they serve and therefore welcomes applications from all suitable candidates. We run a guaranteed interview process for candidates with a declared disability.
