Job Details

We are seeking to recruit a permanent Cleaner who will be based at Sandwell Park Farm.

Tasks include the cleaning of staff and public areas within Sandwell Park Farm and other sites within the country park.  This will involve;

  • cleaning and maintaining both public and staff toilets,
  • cleaning and set up of our conferencing rooms,
  • maintaining high-standards of cleanliness and organisation in all our public and staff areas, this will include mess rooms, offices, walkways/corridors and picnic areas.
  • Monitoring stock levels for cleaning products/equipment

You must:

  • Have previous experience/employment in a cleaning role
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Be able to manage your work load and prioritise jobs
  • Be able to use basic cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner
  • Good working knowledge of chemical competencies i.e. COSHH
  • Good written and verbal skills essential

You will be required to wear a uniform and safety footwear (PPE) which will be provided to the successful candidate.

Hours

24 hours per week – including weekend working on a rota system
