Sandwell Children’s Trust are recruiting for a Multi-Systemic Therapist in our Youth Offending Service. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is passionate, committed and dedicated to improving the lives of children & young people.

Salary range: £29,636 - £33,799 dependent on experience plus the possibility of up to £6,500 relocation package.

As an Multi-Systemic Therapist working in the Trust you will:-

• Have experience of delivering Multi-Systemic therapy to children and young people and a proven track record of making positive changes to young peoples lives

• Influence positive changes in various social systems that contribute to anti-social behaviours in children and young people

• Reduce juvenile criminal activity in children and young people by delivering an effective therapeutic programme

About you:

• You must hold a professional qualification in Social Work, Youth Offending, Mental Health, Psychology, Counselling

• You must have demonstrable experience of working with serious anti-social behaviours in children and young people

• You must be able to deliver behaviourally based approached implementing interventions within and across systems

• You must be able to manage complex situations whilst being able to hold professional responsibility for decision making and risk management

• You must have excellent skills in communicating with and influencing other professionals
