  • Assistance with the maintenance and monitoring of Partnership budgets, including raising invoices, payment of accounts through the relevant Finance systems.
  • Assistance with the development of communications, publicity and other information.
  • To establish and maintain appropriate pending, filing and information systems, which will include maintaining a range of databases.
  • To organise events on behalf of managers as required including booking rooms, publicity, responding to enquiries, maintaining databases of attendance and registration.

Responsible to the Senior Business Support Officer, with accountability to the Regional Commissioning & Development Lead, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard working whilst having excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, and to manage changes at short notice.
