You will be expected to deliver and assess within your specialist area including Functional Skills ICT and community-based learning to adults and families from entry level through to level 2; teaching 7 classes per week.
You will need to evidence your adult teaching hours for the past academic year, which must exceed 400 hours, and hold an observation grade of good or outstanding. Knowledge of Ofsted, SAR, moderation, standardisation and RARPA would be a distinct advantage.
Sandwell Adult and Family Learning Service has 3 main learning centres across Sandwell and the successful applicants will be based mainly at our Tipton centre.
