Sandwell Children’s Trust are recruiting for a Strategy Minute Taker in our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub team. We are looking for exceptional candidates who are passionate, committed and dedicated to improving the lives of children & young people.

Salary range: £20,344 - £23,836 dependent on experience plus the possibility of up to £6,500 relocation package.

This is a fixed term role until 31st March 2020.

As our Strategy Minute Taker you will:

Have the ability to work well with others at all levels within the organisation

Be self motivated

Have great attention to detail and accuracy of work

Have great ability to work under pressure

Have great ability to work on own initiative and be part of a team.

Have comprehensive understanding and awareness of confidentiality

Be capable of dealing with all types of people.

Be capable of adapting to changing circumstances

Be confident/diplomatic

As our Strategy Minute Taker you will:

Have a minimum of 2 years practical experience of working within a busy office and as a minute taker

Hold a NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration OR Word Processing/typing at RSA Level 2 or equivalent

Have knowledge and ability to utilise Microsoft office based packages eg: excel, word, outlook
