Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West has a vacancy for an experienced part-time Outreach Caseworker
Salary: £20,500 (pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: fixed until March 2020 with possibility of extension
Location: Based at the Stafford Office and working at various locations across Cannock Chase district and Stafford Borough as required
Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West is looking for a caseworker to assist in the provision of advice services to clients at various outreaches
You will:
- Have the ability to commit to and work within the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice service
- You will have a proven ability to work as part of a team managing your own caseload.
- Experience of housing, debt and benefits advice work is essential.
- Experience of working with vulnerable clients would be desirable.
- Having knowledge and experience of project working in a target led environment would be an advantage
