This role is to develop positive relationships with organisations and partners to support homeless households. The successful candidate will work alongside the customer to create a plan into sustainable housing that addresses their accommodation and support needs and considers their assets and abilities. You will also deliver pre-tenancy training for homeless applicants living within temporary accommodation units and potentially homeless households.

You will need to be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) with 5 GCSEs grade A - C (or equivalent) including Maths and English.

You will also have two years experience working with homeless people or other vulnerable groups.

This is a 2 year fixed term post working 18.5 hours per week with a working pattern of Monday (6 hours), Tuesday (5 hours) and Friday (7.5 hours)
