Job Details

This position is Fixed Term until July 2020.

We are currently looking for a Area Engagement/Mentoring Officer to engage with Sandwell people aged 16-29 to access employment and training as part of the impact - ESF Youth Employment Initiative.

You will be required to mentor and support Sandwell people within their activities, training and/or workplace, ensuring commitment to their career pathway. You will also be required to monitor and report the progression of the Sandwell people in their own development. Identify progression into employment post the impact programme.

An enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role.

37 hours per week
