Children and Families Inclusion & Participation Team manager
Salary up to £35,803 per annum
Welcome to Worcestershire Children First!
Are you an experienced and dynamic early help or social care manager who has sound knowledge and experience of engaging children and families in decision making?
Can you demonstrate how co-production with children and their families contributes towards keeping children at the heart of decision making across Worcestershire Children first, Worcestershire County council and the wider community?
Do you have proven experience of being innovative in engaging with children and families who are hard to reach, removing barriers so that these families can make a meaningful difference to the services that we offer
Worcestershire Children First brings a fresh and energetic approach to providing top quality services for the children and families of Worcestershire. As part of the drive to put children at the heart of our decision making, we are looking for a new Participation and Inclusion Manager to drive forward Worcestershire Children First vision of increasing young people’s, carers and parents voices in community life and their participation and engagement in developing services.
Your work will particularly focus on working with children, young people and their families who may need additional support, ensuring that those that face the greatest access barriers are able to express their views, and shape services across Worcestershire.
Closing date: 24nd November 2019
Date of Interview: 29TH November 2019
