About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker to join our Physical Disability and Sensory Service within Warwickshire. The team is currently based in Bedworth and Warwick and consists of Social Care Practitioners and Social Workers.

Key requirements:
- You will be flexible, innovative and have an up to date knowledge and experience of legislation and policies in the social care arena.
- You will apply a strengths based approach to assessment and support planning.
- You will support customers to meet their assessed outcomes and maximise their independence by utilising community resources and universal services.
- You will be committed to the promotion of best practice and quality interventions with our customers, carers, partners and stakeholders.
- As a strong team player, you will be required to contribute to the development and promotion of the Physical Disability and Sensory Service.
