The role:

As a key member of the team you will provide high-quality and effective administration to the academy. The role will involve performing a wide variety of administrative tasks in the academy office. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, you will be adaptable, flexible, caring and enthusiastic. With a smile for all situations to join our lively and friendly team. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience and knowledge of using systems for the monitoring, reporting and recording of attendance
  • Have experience of operating administrative and general office systems
  • Have experience of using PC’s, knowledge of databases & internet software, able to use keyboard with some precision and speed 
  • Have experience relating to school admissions.
