This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, nurturing setting supporting schools, children and families in meeting their diverse SEN needs.
We are seeking an experienced, flexible and skilled practitioner who is passionate and understands the needs of SEMH children. The job will provide challenging and stimulating work across the primary age range.
We are looking for an outstanding and experienced teacher who:
- is creative, flexible and willing to engage our pupils in re-discovering learning
- has a secure knowledge of working with children with SEMH needs and making a difference to their educational opportunities
- has a good grasp of how to develop basic skills and secure consistently good progress within our primary age-range pupils
- is firm but fair, understands the children's needs and is able to plan to meet those needs in a positive and supportive way
- Has an interest in outdoor education; Forest School would be beneficial
- Has excellent communication skills.
