An opportunity has arisen for a full time Capita One Support Data Assistant to support the Capita One Business support team on key projects.

In this exciting and challenging post you will provide support for the Capita ONE management information system enabling the County Council to make the fullest possible use it; the data within it will help inform key departments to deliver better outcomes for children, young people and their families.

The role will be supporting schools to enable them to complete the Department of Education school censes.  The school census is a statutory return which takes place during the autumn, spring, and summer terms. The census collects information about individual pupils and about the schools themselves. You will work closely with schools to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information from them.

To be responsible to drive high quality data through the implementation of data standards and procedures between departments that use the data and schools. To build relationships with other agencies to share data for example health data.

You will assist with all upgrade and acceptance testing, including the completion of test reports and will be happy to liaise with Staffordshire ICT or Capita to secure resolutions to problems with the system.
