An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hoople Desktop team, supporting a wide range of public sector and private sector customers.   You will work in a large Desktop support team resolving customer ICT queries, and issues in relation to desktop hardware/peripherals and software both remotely and on site across 100+ sites primarily throughout Herefordshire. You will have demonstrable desktop support skills, be focused on customer delivery, and be experienced in working to SLAs. You will be able to support projects(e.g. Hardware & Software deployments) and have the ability to travel to customer sites.

This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to work in an enterprise setting supporting in excess of 6000 users, using enterprise based ICT tools, systems and infrastructure.
