Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Grade 3 - £18,065-£18,426 per annum – actual pro rata salary is £14,452 per year for

26 hours per week.

Contract type: Part Time - 26 hours per week

Contract term: Permanent

We are seeking a positive, proactive Learning Support Assistant to provide support for our students. This

is a permanent post (26 hours per week across five days) as part of the school’s highly successful Learning

Support Department. Applications from candidates with expertise in supporting students who have

English as an Additional Language would be very welcome. Up to 2.5 additional hours per week are

available for candidates interested in taking up 30 minute daily lunchtime duties as part of their role. The

Salary Scale is the Local Authority’s Grade 3 (Teaching Assistant General – Level 2) - £18,065-£18,426 per

annum. Actual pro rata salary is £14,452 per year for 26 hours per week.
