Wallbrook Primary is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Administration Assistant who would thrive working in a busy school office.

Wallbrook Primary is a one and a half form entry school situated in the north of the borough. We are housed in a single storey well maintained building with fabulous grounds.

Required: Permanent post to start January 2020 working 37 Hours per week, term time only 39 weeks.

The Governing Body at Wallbrook Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator with excellent communication skills and experience.

Duties will include:
• Reception duties and dealing with queries from parents, pupils, staff and other parties
• Producing documentation such as letters and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
• Assisting with reprographic and postal duties
• School Management Information Systems
• Statutory Returns
• Banking
• First Aid

You will need to demonstrate:
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to manage deadlines in a busy office
• The ability to work calmly, thoroughly and confidently under pressure

Experience of school databases such as Integris is essential. 

Closing date for applications is Sunday November 24th 2019.

Interviews will take on Friday 29th November.
