The Role

33.5 Hours per Week

Could you become part of a dedicated and dynamic team and change the future of many young lives in a positive way?

As a member of the Inclusion Team, you will provide effective intervention for students inside and out of the classroom to support students to address barriers to learning, and enable them to engage with and participate fully in school. You will oversee the progress of challenging students including those eligible for Pupil Premium, planning intervention and liaising with teaching staff and other departments as necessary. Individual, peer and group mentoring sessions will be required as well as liaison with parents/carers. You will need to be patient, firm and confident with challenging young people as well as energetic, caring and supportive. This is a rewarding role for someone who is willing to give their full support to students.
