Group Manager (Planning) - Ref: EE48119

£48,284 - £52,962 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Manager to assist in the development of plans, policies and procedures suitable to deliver an excellent Development Management service; the successful candidate will manage the Management functions including planning enforcement, Development Management technical support, protected tree service, Local Land Charges and the Local Land and Property Gazetteer teams within the Planning, Transport and Engineering Service. 

Alongside these functions there will be an expectation to assist the Head of Service in the delivery of an efficient, consistent and customer focused service including the management of the relevant Council delegations to the Head of Service on his behalf.
