The Governors wish to appoint a permanent, part-time, Finance Assistant. The key duties will include data entry and finance processing on the school’s financial management software (Sage 200). This will include purchase ledger, sales ledger and general ledger processing. In addition, there will be administrative support duties associated with this role, such as filing, photocopying, dealing with incoming and outgoing finance post, taking delivery of goods etc. A full Job Description is enclosed in the Candidate Pack.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s recent experience of clerical, administrative and finance work. Candidates will need to be numerate, conscientious, have a good eye for detail and have good all-round ICT skills.
