Data and Exams Assistant

Salary: Grade 5 – Point 16-18 £23,369 to £24,313 pro rata

Term Time only + 2 weeks

37 hours per week

The Governors seek to appoint a Data Assistant to provide support with a focus upon our students in school and examinations.

We welcome applications from non-Catholics willing to support our Catholic ethos.

We invite candidates who can demonstrate their ability to offer excellent all-round administrative support and communication in a busy education environment.  Under the direction and instruction of the Data Manager, this is a supporting role in providing administrative support services to students and staff relating to the admission, data and examination of students and in liaison with the relevant external bodies. You will also be responsible the collection and analysis of data relating to individual student options, overall subject areas and whole school performance.

The ability to communicate effectively with our students whilst working with our structures, using your own initiative and being proactive is essential.
