BMS PROJECT WORKER

Scale Band D £20,344 - £23,836

37 Hours per week – 52 weeks (Including support for alternative time table to 5.15pm and some Saturday working)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Behaviour Management Support Team working with individuals and small groups of identified students to raise attainment and improve behaviour.  The role offers variety, challenge and reward which will be relished by the right candidate. 
Working with teaching staff to agree targets and action plans to improve the rate of progress of students learning. Support students to improve attainment and build confidence.

Undertake periods of duty before and after school as well during the Academy day.

Support and encourage students to be able to participate fully in Academy life.

The post holder should have experience of working with secondary school age students and be able to demonstrate their ability to support, influence and motivate students.  Have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds.  Able to remain calm under pressure and mange conflicting demands

You are require to work independently and also a as part of a team, the ability to manage a work load and ensure accurate records are kept that comply with confidentiality and good practice.
