SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: Grade 4 Points 5 – 6. 30 hours (7.00am – 1.00pm) - Term Time Only (38 Weeks)

*Hours may be negotiable for the right candidate however due to the nature of the job the applicant must be able to start work at 7.00am

Location: Dormston School, Mill Bank, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 1SN

Required as soon as possible we are looking for a School Administrator to join our busy and vibrant team of Support Staff.  We are therefore seeking an applicant who can contribute towards this already strong, positive and supportive team. 

The role of School Administrator supports various areas of School administration with a strong focus on the arranging of cover requirements across the school, supporting and construction of exam timetables and invigilation requirements as well as monitoring and updating the School Fund Accounts. You will work under the direct supervision of the School Business Manager whilst also undertaking other general administration tasks to assist other areas of the school including the Data Team with data entry and the production of reports and the Head’s PA with maintaining and updating staff information files and other administration tasks.  

CLOSING DATE: Thursday 28th November 2019 at 9.00am.

Interviews will take place Tuesday 3rd December 2019.
