18.5 Hours per Week
We are looking for someone to work from our Head Office at Endeavour House to work in our Income Collection Team negotiating, chasing and collecting outstanding amounts due from our customers.
Ideally we would like to talk to candidates who have the right skill sets to be able to deal with customers in arrears and have a good understanding of welfare benefits. You will need to be organised, have good telephone skills with excellent communication skills and be able to resolve income related enquires making arrangements with customers to repay outstanding debts etc.
