35 hours per week term time only
As Sherbourne Fields continues to grow in pupil number, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for committed professionals to join an ever expanding team of dedicated staff.
We are looking for individual qualities such as motivated, aspirational, passionate and committed to professional development. You will play a key role in supporting a wide range of pupils with additional need throughout their school day and beyond.
You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the school ethos, which is aspirational, embraces change and remains solution focused whilst ensuring children remain at the heart of our practice.
As an employee of Sherbourne Fields, you will be adaptable in your approach whilst moving around the school to support students and teachers in all key stages.
