Job Details

We are currently looking for a warm, positive and dedicated individual to work in our Adult Social Care Internally Provided Services team, who provide person centred support to older people and dementia.   Based at Gilbert Richards Centre in Earlsdon, you would be part of a service providing administration support. 

This varied role would cover a range of front and back office admin duties including dealing with visitors to the Centre, dealing with queries, working with various Council ICT systems,  inputting of data for reporting purposes, maintain computerised and manual filing systems, retrieving information as requested, and ensuring that information is kept up to date, cash handling, note-taking.

We offer a great working environment, a warm, friendly and supportive workplace.  In return, we would need you to have excellent communication skills, be flexible, be able to deal with a diverse range of people, be able to demonstrate sensitivity and empathy when dealing with difficult service users, manage conflicting priorities and own workloads.

Working Hours:

1 x 25 hour post based at Gilbert Richards Centre

Hours to be worked over Monday to Friday, 5 hours a day
