Silvertrees Academy is a thriving three form entry Infant and Nursery school with 2 year old and full time 3 year old provision. Ofsted judged Silvertrees Academy as GOOD in April 2019. Our school is a uniquely designed open plan building with a recently refurbished Nursery and reception unit. We consider our school community to be a family that work together and support each other. We are a large friendly team who work with enthusiasm and commitment to provide the best possible learning journey for every one of our pupils.
The Governors, pupils and staff at Silvertrees Academy are looking to appoint a motivated, skilled and creative teacher to join our team, covering a maternity leave, from 11.05.2020 until 02.04.2021. You will initially work in Year 1 and be well supported by 2 parallel class teachers who can offer high quality support and professional development. You will be responsible for continuing good attainment, progress and behaviour and ensuring the well-being of the children is given high priority. You will be part of a nurturing, dedicated and enthusiastic team who put children at the heart of everything they do.
