We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Customer Experience Team at SCH. The team has a diverse range of responsibilities including resident engagement, community development, performance management, service improvement, locality working and communications. You will be a central part of the team, providing efficient and effective administration support across the team.  

You will have:
• Experience of working in a busy office environment
• A focus on excellent customer care
• Attention to detail
• Good IT and communication skills

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.

We are run by a management board made up of four tenants, four councillors and four independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.
