We are looking for a Business Energy Advisor to join our Sustainability and Low Carbon Team.
Coventry City Council, working with Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership, has secured funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to support the shift towards a low carbon economy.
Within the role you will be a key member of the team, promoting and delivering the objectives and outputs of the ERDF funded Green Business Programme. You will be working directly with small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve their energy and resource efficiency.
As a Business Energy Advisor you will need to carry out energy and resource efficiency audits within SMEs to produce action plans, identifying potential energy saving measures which will be presented to the business. Following the audit an offering of financial support with both revenue & capital grants will be administered to assist the SMEs to deliver the recommendations.
