The Role

Due to our current Headteacher retiring this summer, we are looking for an ambitious, committed leader to guide our thriving, friendly village school into its next stage of development.

Our school is one which has:

Key Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a Headteacher to lead, shape and influence our future. We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

  • Inspire and lead with vision, passion and innovation, demonstrating a ‘hands on’ approach;
  • Direct our strategic vision, leading an inclusive curriculum and above all, delivering a provision which meets the needs of all our children;
  • Communicate effectively to actively nurture and develop the partnerships that benefit the school community;
  • Be able to promote a strong Christian character and demonstrate plans for effective church school leadership;
  • Engage and challenge our teachers to deliver the highest quality of teaching for our children;
  • Work alongside strategically minded and active Governors.
