The City of Wolverhampton Council are seeking to strengthen its ICT service, recruiting a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic and hardworking ICT team.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide 1st and some 2nd line ICT support to customers whilst providing an excellent customer service. Your key role will be responsible for supporting 4500 users and multiple customers logging requests and incidents, resolving where appropriate or allocating service calls in an efficient and timely manner to engineers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse fast-paced support team. Our aim is to provide an exceptional service which includes providing advice and support to several customers within an enterprise environment.

This would be a great opportunity for recently qualified individuals to gain valuable experience in this field.

You must have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to relay ICT information to a variety of audiences on a number of levels.
