Qualified Social Worker PO2: £32,234 - £34,728
Experienced Social Worker PO3: £32,910 - £35,745
Plus Golden Hello payment of £3,000 for all experienced social workers commencing in post as new employees of T&WC.
Market factor allowance of £2500.

As an experienced Social Worker, you will manage a complex and varied caseload, having autonomy in your day to day practice.
You will need to consistently model good practice, setting expectations for others.
We are seeking skilled, effective practitioners with in-depth knowledge and skills in one or more fields of practice, which have been developed through formal post-qualifying training and development activity.
You will need to have significant post qualifying experience in children’s social care, including safeguarding children, assessment and support planning, and the implementation of interventions to improve outcomes for children and families within the borough.
Experience of consistent exceptional application of legislation and best practice within complex case work is essential for the role.
