Salary: L1-l3     £41,065pa - £43,144pa per annum FTE                        £24,639PA  -  £25,886PA  ACTUAL SALARY (3DAYS/WEEK)

part time position to COMMENCE 1ST september 2020 (1 year TEMPORARY post initially)

Our new Designated Safeguarding Lead – Support will have the enthusiasm and commitment to maintain and raise standards in safeguarding, with the experience and knowledge of supporting families and pupils with specific needs.

Starting in September 2020, you will bring:

  • Experience as an established practitioner who aspires to join an effective management team.
  • Understanding and knowledge of severe learning difficulties including ASD and how to safeguard children with these.
  • A range of people management skills and an ability to tackle issues and be accountable and responsible for decisions.
  • A track record of leading in whole/departmental initiatives.
  • Accurate recording abilities, ability to manage and direct a small team.
