Do you have ambition for every child?

Fibbersley Park Academy, Willenhall, seeks an inspirational, strategic Headteacher with a proven record of impact and success to join us from April 2021. You will be ambitious for every child to achieve his or her full potential, to have a strong sense of belonging and community, and to participate in learning and enrichment. You will build on our success, and  continue the constant drive for improvement in standards, achievements and aspirations of all its students.

About Fibbersley Park Academy

Fibbersley Park Academy is a larger than average primary school; the school is currently expanding from a 2 form entry to a 3 form entry school.  Fibbersley Park Academy is a popular, friendly school where everyone feels safe, secure and valued. We want our pupils to explore and develop their talents and abilities within and beyond the classroom. We aim to prepare them well for the transition to secondary education and for life as citizens in an ever changing world.

We expect children to give their best in everything they do; we encourage them to develop positive, caring attitudes towards themselves, each other and their wider community

We are now seeking a new Headteacher who must ensure the school continues to move forwards. The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to lead the school in the next stage of its development. We welcome applications from serving Headteachers and Deputy Heads.

Mission Statement

Fibbersley Park Academy is at the heart of the community.  We inspire pride, passion and positivity in all that we do.  Our school nurtures resilient, curious children so that they become the best they can be.  We are a standout school, known for being different and creating standout people.

School Values

We believe that Victoria Academies should be values-driven where leadership at all levels has a strong moral purpose. Taking inspiration from the Latin word Fides (‘To Trust’) we believe in five simple core values that underpin all that we do:

Focus on family

Insist on excellence

Do good as you go

Embrace innovation

Seize success

About the Trust

As the Headteacher of Fibbersley Park, you will be part of Victoria Academies Trust. Victoria Academies Trust is an established multi-academy trust (MAT) in the West Midlands that consists of 9 local schools that all share a passion for excellence, innovation and social change.

As a values-led trust, our purpose is to make all our people become the best they can be. This is our reason for being and is why we created the MAT in 2014. Everything that we do is designed to serve the needs of our young people and their communities through social change. We do this by creating ‘standout’ schools that have flipped the concept of ‘outstanding’ and re-defined excellence in a way that is purposeful, wholesome and empowering to our communities.

Quite simply, we want our family of schools to become the best in the world.
