Providing a twenty four seven, three hundred and sixty five days a year door entry and intercom service for 103 Birmingham City Council owned residential tower blocks. Liaising with internal and external partners to ensure the security of Birmingham City Council owned properties and the wellbeing of the citizens of Birmingham.

To provide a professional and effective public door entry monitoring service working closely with the Mobile Patrol Officers and Night Security Service Supervisors, helping to provide safe, clean and secure neighbourhoods across the city of Birmingham. To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained is secure at all times by strict compliance with the Birmingham City Council’s CCTV operational procedures and code of practice.

You will be required to operate door entry systems of communal areas/multi-storey blocks and other properties within the neighbourhoods of the city Of Birmingham. As an operator you will be required to respond to enquiries from our customers and direct a mobile response team to investigate.

You will also handle any issues that are escalated from the Mobile Patrol Officers. Working a shift system of days/nights throughout the week including weekends and Bank Holidays.
