Health and Safety Team Administrator
37.0 Hours per Week
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to provide clerical and administrative support to our Health and Safety team.
As Health and Safety Team Administrator you will play a key role in providing effective administrative, clerical and operational business support. Responsibilities will include the maintenance of a range of key systems including the health and safety accident/incident reporting system and ensuring that we continue to deliver an effective and customer focused service to managers and employees across a diverse range of Council services, schools and academies, external customers and other partner organisations.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- 4 GCSEs at level A-C (9-4) or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
- Experience of working in an administrative/clerical environment.
- An understanding of current office/administrative practices.
- Confident IT skills with knowledge of MS Office (or similar) and expereince of maintaining databases and management information systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet conflicting demands and deadlines.

Closing date for completed applications is 21st October 2020. Candidates will be asked to undertake a psychometric test as part of the selection process.
